Toiletries

Hotel amenity kits, wrapped soaps, bottled bath products, lotions, dental and shaving kits — formulated and filled to your market's regulatory requirements.

Toiletries are the most heavily regulated range we export, and that is the part of the job we take most seriously. Cosmetic products entering the EU need a CPNP notification and a responsible person; the UK needs SCPN; the GCC has its own registration route. Formulations, claims and ingredient lists all have to line up with the destination.

We formulate and fill in GMP-certified facilities, supply full ingredient disclosure and stability data, and will tell you plainly when a fragrance or claim you have asked for will not clear in your market — before you print the labels rather than after.

Good To Know

Buying notes for this range

  • Tell us the destination market before we formulate. An ingredient list that is fine for the GCC may need reformulating for the EU, and reformulating after artwork approval is expensive.
  • Cosmetic labelling requirements are market-specific: INCI names, batch code, PAO symbol, responsible-person address, net content in the right units. We prepare artwork to these rules and share the checklist with you.
  • Shelf life is typically 24–36 months from manufacture. Ask for the stability report — we have it, and a serious buyer should read it.
  • Bulk refill formats (5 L canisters, 300 ml wall dispensers) are increasingly requested by hotels moving away from single-use miniatures. Ask if this fits your property’s sustainability commitments.
