The enquiry form

The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, country, and details of what you want quoted. Phone number, destination port and quantity are optional. We use this only to prepare and send your quotation and to correspond about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form service.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Server logs and our CDN

The site is served through Cloudflare, which records requests, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This happens for every visitor and does not depend on your cookie choice, as it is necessary to serve the site at all.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with comparable law, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to our use of it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
